Meet my group members
Kayla Jencic: The first group member I would like to spotlight is my bestie, Kayla. Whenever Kayla and I are in a class together we always choose each other to work on group work because of how easily we get along and we always get the job done. Kayla is very similar to myself so whenever we work together we rarely have to argue and we rarely have disagreements over what to do. Our experience in working together on projects for almost 5 years prompted me to ask her to work with me. I think that Kayla can bring a specific set of skills to the table when creating our opening. Kayla is very creative and often brings up unique ways of completing things. Not only is Kayla allowing us to use her camera to complete our opening, but she is also contributing her previous experience in video editing. Having someone with previous experience in video editing will prove to be very beneficial so we can result in a product we are proud of.
Tyler Bedasse: The second group member I chose was Tyler. He contributes comedic relief when the work gets hard and stressful. As a group we are always laughing at some joke together, which helps us have fun while we work. Tyler will also make sure everyone is on the same page regarding assignments and instructions. We all have a text message group chat with each other and Tyler sends pictures of the assignments almost as an announcement to the group so we're all on the same page. Tyler always does his part of the assignment in a timely manner which I think is a great skill to have when working in a group.
Jacob Pina: My last group member is Jacob. Jacob provides similar contributions to the team as Kayla and Tyler does, but he also has his own unique ones. Jacob is always full of good ideas on ways we can stand out and think outside of the box and his experience in debate allows him to present and speak to the public very well. I believe that he makes our group presentations much more lively and fun. I think a very big contribution Jacob brought to the table was our movie opening idea. When brainstorming we all came up with some ideas, but the one Jacob came up with just stuck.
